The Municipality of Tripoli and the Orpheus Tripoli Choir , co-organizes an event
Honoring European Music Day,

European Music Day, began to be celebrated by 21 Ιουνίου 1982 in Paris, με
initiative of the then Minister of Culture, Jacques Lang, who intended to bring all the musicians out into the streets
The very next year 200.000 amateurs and professional musicians, they flooded the city spaces, presenting uncharitably, concerts of all kinds of music, in an unrepeatable celebration. This year the Orpheus Choir of Tripoli due to the current measures for the pandemic, respecting the inability to hold concerts open to the public, will celebrate with an older instrumental and vocal program, honoring this day.
